Spirit for my team

Hi Team,
As our responsible I need talk to all of you.

Still in our memory, what happened last week.
When we do something wrong, so consequently we feel together.
it becomes very difficult, and we should be repaired immediately.
how difficult it is to make improvements in a short time.

Normally, the improvement it is not in short time, but everything is possible.
so we are possible to do improve as soon as possible.

Question is how to do that?
1. start from your heart, because your spirit come from your heart.
The spirit will be came if you do something with your heart.
2. use your time as well as possible,
if there is more time please feel free to check back.
3. share with the team member what you have done. don't keep by yourself,
sometimes it will be a hindrance if it does not share.

This would be easy if we can do from now,
step by step, day by day, we do alywas together.
Here we are, over here, we are learning together.
